About me

Hi, I’m Niamh — a makeup, lash, and hair artist from Co. Galway, Ireland, and the face behind Celtic Cosmetics. The name was inspired by my roots; “Celtic” reflects the rich culture, history, and beauty of the Celtic people of Ireland.

Now based in Peterborough,  I work out of my cozy home studio where I offer a range of beauty services including makeup application, lash extensions, hairstyling, and personalized makeup lessons. I absolutely love being part of wedding mornings — whether it’s creating a timeless bridal look, a soft, relaxed hairstyle for a bridesmaid, or a fresh set of lashes that complete your look.

Before starting my own business, I spent three years working at Sephora. It gave me the opportunity to explore a wide variety of brands and products. After lots of trial and error, I’ve built a professional kit filled with my trusted favourites — products I know work beautifully and last.

My love for beauty started early, and what drives me most is helping people feel confident, radiant, and like the best version of themselves — whether it’s for a wedding, a night out, or a casual lesson just for fun.
